Abs & waist : Feet flat on the footrest, holding the handle. Move your upper body upward to 45°. Great for doing of sit ups in high volume, it can consume twice as much calories as standard sit-ups.
Arms : Standing still, feet on the footrest, chest out, shoulders down, hold the handle and pull up and down slowly. Great exercise for activating the arms and shoulders, the slower the harder. We recommend 3 to 5 sets of 15 repetitions.
Shoulder & upper body: Sitted, feet on the footrest, hold with your hands and keep a 90° angle, pull towards your chest without moving the shoulders. Alternatively, straighten your arms and pull up and down in front of you.
Legs: Lying on the yoga mat, hold the handle and straighten your legs up. Bend legs in a 90° angle and push back on the footrest to straighten them again. We recommend 3 to 5 sets of 15 repetitions. It can effectively activate and strengthen the waist, thighs and hamstrings.
